PCI-DSS Certified Payment Processing: All credit and debit card transactions (Visa, Mastercard) are handled directly through Paystack, a licensed and PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. • Notification Infrastructure (Firebase, SMS Gateways): To route transactional SMS alerts and mobile app push notifications.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or competent Ghanaian judicial authorities in cases of financial fraud investigations.
07

Mobile Application Permissions (iOS & Android)

Our mobile app requests only minimal, purpose-specific permissions to function smoothly:

  • Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used solely to send you real-time alerts when your order status changes (e.g. Out for Delivery) or when new decor promotions arrive. You can disable notifications anytime in your phone's system settings.
  • Local Cache Storage: Used to temporarily cache product catalog photos on your device so browsing is lightning fast and consumes less mobile internet data.
  • Network Access (INTERNET): Required to fetch live catalog products, synchronize your cart, and place orders.
08

Cookies & Browser Storage Technologies

Our website uses lightweight first-party cookies and modern browser LocalStorage:

  • Session Cookies: Essential for keeping you signed in and preserving items in your shopping cart while you navigate between pages.
  • Security Tokens (CSRF): Prevents cross-site request forgery attacks during form submissions.
  • LocalStorage: Stores your visual theme preference (Dark Mode or Light Mode).

You can adjust your web browser settings to refuse cookies; however, note that essential e-commerce functions such as maintaining a shopping cart and checkout require session cookies.
